The final pay increase under the current Public Service Agreement 2024-2026 of 1% became due from 1st June 2026, The HSE has not yet indicated when the pay increase will be applied. Amended pay scales are available in the Members' Area of the website under Salary Scales.
The 1% local bargaining fund due since 1st September 2025 remains outstanding and negotiations continue.
Talks on a new public service agreement will commence over the summer.
