The MLSA AGM will take place on the afternoon of Friday 17th of April in the Lyrath Estate Hotel Kilkenny as part of the LabCon Ireland 2026 conference, held in in conjunction with the ACSLM. The full LabCon conference programme and booking details will follow. This is a call for AGM motions, Executive Committee nominations and Cyril Keogh Bursary.
AGM motions form part of the policy and decision-making process of the union and afford all members the opportunity to shape the direction of the MLSA. The motions form is available in the Members’ Area. The closing date for receipt of nominations is 1st March 2026. A guide to drafting motions is available in the Members’ Area of the MLSA website.
Applications for nomination to the 2026/2027 MLSA Executive Committee are also now open. The nomination form is in the Members’ Area. The closing date for receipt of nominations is 1st March 2026. All members are eligible to apply and elected members will be eligible to serve a two-year term. Any member who is considering putting their name forward and requires information on the role and commitment required is encouraged to contact head office to discuss the matter in full confidence.
