MLSA members in the public sector are to be balloted on the proposed Public Service Agreement 2024-2026 (PSA) and implementation of the Devine Report from 1st January 2024. Following consultation with members and consideration of feedback received from agents, the Executive Committee unanimously agreed to conduct a single ballot of members on the proposed PSA, which provides for implementation of the Devine Report in accordance with Labour Court recommendation LCR22780. The Executive Committee strongly recommends acceptance of the proposals.
Mi-Voice is an independent elections specialist who is assisting MLSA with this ballot. An email will be sent to public sector members this week with a personal link to the voting site. Members should check their inbox (and junk/spam folder) for this email. The ballot closes at 2pm on Friday 15th March.
